A Cold can make our lives difficult this time of year. Still we are Beauty Girls<\/strong> and we don't give up. We have to do everything possible in order to look pretty even with a cold. How? There are some little steps we can follow so that these days can go by as smooth as possible.
\nFirst of all if we have a runny nose we need a nasal spray so that we can breath. Something else that is very helpful is steam<\/strong>. If you don't have a facial steamer at home then you can use a boiling pot. You can move the steam towards you with the help of a pot lid and breath in for about 10 minutes. Don't place your head over the pot because you will burn. Furthermore in order to avoid nasal irritation and redness\u00a0we should apply a hydrating cream oftenly. We can even use our\u00a0lip balm<\/strong>. Of course we shouldn't forget to use the lip balm for our lips that are also very irritated.

\nOne thing that is very important is the sleep. We definitely need our Beauty Sleep<\/strong>!\u00a0unfortunately our condition really doesn't help. There is a little secret that can help you with that. Sleep with double pillows, that way the head is higher and it helps you breath better.
\nIf you wake up with a bit swollen eyes then use a tepid compress of chamomile that will clean and soothes the eye.

\nYour MakeUp<\/strong> shouldn't be that heavy. Pay attention to your eyes and lighten them up with a concealer. Use a light sugar pink or beige eyeshadow and mascara, nothing else. Choose a very hydrating lipstick or lip gloss and don't forget to often reapply your lip balm. Put some pink blush on so that you have a healthy look.
